Onboarding
Professional photography, listing creation, and a baseline inspection of the property. Timeline depends on the current condition of your home. For properties that would benefit from a refresh, our in-house design team is available. Refreshes we recommend typically return better than 100% ROI. We only bring it up when it makes financial sense.

First bookings
We launch on all channels simultaneously. Dynamic pricing goes live immediately. Most properties take their first bookings within days.
